Argentina Extends More Transfer Pricing Return Filing Deadlines

In General Resolution 4680/2020, published in the Official Gazette on February 28, 2020, Argentina announced extended transfer pricing filing deadlines for more taxpayers.

The extension relates to forms F741, F743, F867, and F4.501.

The normal deadline for these forms is during the eighth month following the end of the accounting year, with the exact deadline depending on the taxpayer's tax identification number (CUIT).

A number of extensions have already been granted for taxpayers with financial years ending during the period December 31, 2018, to June 30, 2019, providing for a filing deadline between April 20 and 24, 2020. This extension now applies to those taxpayers whose financial year ended between December 31, 2018, and July 31, 2019.
