LCN Legal was founded by Paul and Xiaofang Sutton. Paul is a corporate lawyer with over 25 years’ experience of in advising international clients, including airlines, telecommunications groups and media networks. Corporates and ultra-high net worth individuals from across the globe have relied on his expertise, to create group structures, plan and implement acquisitions and design commercial arrangements such as joint ventures and franchise, distribution, and agency networks. His experience includes working in KPMG’s UK law firm, where he worked closely with international tax teams and developed his specialism in the legal issues which underpin Transfer Pricing compliance.

Xiaofang studied law in Beijing and Edinburgh. After that, she worked at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and helped to set up the Chamber’s Chinese Business Association. She co-ordinates the operations and guides the overall strategy and creative marketing for LCN. Xiaofang is passionate about the roles of women in business particularly in the area of international corporate structures and Transfer Pricing.

Together with their team, Paul and Xiaofang are passionate about using their real-world experience of commercial structures which work, and their awareness of the Transfer Pricing environment, to help clients create solid legal foundations for their businesses and their projects, grounded in legal substance.
