Overview

After 15 years of experience in big-four firms - including a decade spent at EY France where I developed and supervised a unique and go-ahead team of transfer pricing experts to serve the French South-Eastern market - I decided to create CARA, an independent and market-driven law firm dedicated to transfer pricing and international tax. CARA leverages the expertise acquired in big-four firms but renounces to all forms of burdensome processes and constraints likely to impact adversely our relationship with our clients. Our values and our entrepreneurial mindset are the core DNA of CARA and irrigate each action I take.

I would describe my profile as a multi-fold. As an attorney, I protect my client’s interests at each step of the setting up and implementation of their transfer pricing policy. In that respect, I take pride in several wins before the courts, with certain landmark cases to my credit. I also engaged into several planning and restructuring projects to meet company’s operational and financial objectives. My activity encompasses the full spectrum of transfer pricing ranging from compliance, planning, economic analyses, litigation and activation of international procedures such as MAPs and APAs.

On a separate note, my PhD in transfer pricing opened the doors to a regular lecturer activity within several Law Schools and registered training organizations, in France and abroad. In that environment, I endeavor to regularly publish articles and notes in various tax and economic oriented journals and media.
