Overview

CARA Société d'Avocats is an independent law firm founded in 2017 to meet the expectations of a rapidly changing market and offer targeted expertise in the strategic sectors of Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and Intellectual Property Taxation.

Born of the will to undertake and innovate of its founder, Mr Terence Wilhelm, the firm intends to shake up the codes by placing the customer at the center of our entrepreneurial way of thinking. CARA also means "face" in Latin and "friend, relationship" in Gaelic, to symbolize our personal commitment to our customers and partners.

The firm aims to be a force for proposals and rejects the culture of single thinking. It draws its strength from its independence to offer disruptive and tailor-made approaches to companies. This independence has also enabled the CARA Société d'Avocats firm to create close partnerships with complementary experts in France and abroad, in order to effectively respond to international tax issues.
